How can I help you?

Stress and anxiety are common experiences, and they can show up as feeling constantly on edge, worrying a lot, or finding hard to sleep and relax. Over time these feelings can begin to affect your mood, leading to feelings of low motivation, sadness, or even depression, everyone’s minds work differently, which is why it is very important to remember to be kind to ourselves.

People with ADHD and neurodiversity experience the world in a different way, a way that is unique, it can have both strengths and challenges, such as difficulty concentrating or managing emotions, but also creativity and a different way of thinking. Fostering a sense of well-being and nurturing ourselves can lead to greater resilience in hard times.

Experiences of loss, whether through bereavement, relationship changes, or life transitions can intensify these emotional struggles, and may bring up grief, confusion, loneliness and even anger. Which is why it is important to take time to process and take care of our emotional wellbeing.

For those in the LGBTQIA+ community, additional pressures such as identity acceptance, discrimination, or lack of support can further impact mental health. In these situations, being heard, supported and understood that your feelings are valid can be a crucial way towards healing.
